Graze Craze is a fast-growing, concierge-style charcuterie concept redefining how people graze. As the leader in graze-style catering, we’re expanding rapidly—and we’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our Fayetteville team.

About the Role: As General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead and inspire the team, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. You’ll manage inventory, scheduling, training, and uphold our high standards of food presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Grazologists and support staff
• Oversee food prep, delivery logistics, and customer service
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Drive store performance and community engagement

Physical Demands:

• Must have the ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50lbs consistently

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of management experience in hospitality, food service, or retail
• ServSafe Manager Certification Preferred

• Available to work weekends, flexible schedule
